PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY. THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND PLURAL POLICY, INC. (“PLURAL,” “WE,” OR “US”).
SECTION 13 OF THIS AGREEMENT IS AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE THAT REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES BETWEEN US TO BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL, NON-CLASS ACTION BASIS THROUGH BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF IN COURT. SEE SECTION 13 FOR MORE INFORMATION REGARDING THIS ARBITRATION CLAUSE, AND HOW TO OPT OUT.
By accessing or using any Plural website with an authorized link to this Agreement, accessing or using the Services, clicking to accept this Agreement, or completing account registration, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and represent that you have the legal authority to do so. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, you may not access or use the Services.
Registration
When registering an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information, to safeguard your account credentials, and to notify Plural immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Ownership of and License to Use Services
Plural and its suppliers own all rights, title, and interest in the Services. Subject to this Agreement, Plural grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for your personal non-commercial purposes.
Dispute Resolution
Please read the Arbitration Agreement carefully. Subject to the exceptions described in Section 13, disputes relating to the Services or this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court. You may have a 30-day right to opt out as described in the Agreement.
General Provisions
This Agreement includes provisions governing electronic communications, assignment, force majeure, exclusive venue, governing law, notices, export control, consumer complaints, and the entire agreement between you and Plural.
User Content
You are responsible for content you make available through the Services. Plural does not claim ownership of your content, but you grant Plural the rights necessary to operate and provide the Services. You agree not to use the Services unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, distribute harmful or unsolicited material, impersonate others, or disclose another person’s confidential information without consent.
Restrictions on Use of the Services
You may not commercially exploit, copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, compete with, interfere with, circumvent protections of, or improperly access the Services. Any unauthorized use terminates the licenses granted under this Agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Plural Parties disclaim warranties and limit aggregate liability as described in the Agreement, subject to rights that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
Termination and International Users
Plural may modify, suspend, or terminate the Services or your access at its discretion. Users who access the Services from outside the United States do so voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
